If you’re sitting there with your order confirmation but haven’t heard a peep about dispatch after 3 business days, don’t be a stranger – reach out to us here. Just a heads up, during our busier spells (like sales or promotional shindigs), sending off your goodies might take a bit longer.
Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
After your order’s in the system, we’re all hands off deck. We can’t tweak, add, cancel, or change anything. Our setup’s all automated, you see, and meddling could throw a spanner in the works, delaying your order. So, we reckon it’s a good plan to go over your cart and details – not once, not twice, but thrice – before you hit that checkout button.
There is something missing from my order.

Just a heads up, our system’s like a kangaroo on a mission – once your order’s bouncing through, we can’t change its path. My order is a gift. Will the package include an invoice or price tags?

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
No worries, for orders heading outside Australia, we don’t tack on GST, which means you might be up for a few extra costs like duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order lands. Such A Cu-Tea isn’t on the hook for any extra charges you cop at your end. If you’re not quite sure what to expect, it’s a good idea to have a yarn with your local authorities before you place your order.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Standard Post:
We’ll get your order on its way from our Perth warehouse within 1 to 3 business days* after you’ve slapped down your order.
Express Post:
We make sure express orders are out the door by the next business day* from our Perth digs.
*Just a heads-up, these dispatch times don’t factor in public holidays or weekends. And if we’re in the thick of a sale or something special, it might take a smidge longer to dispatch your order.
What are the delivery timeframes for International Orders?
When it comes to international post, Australia Post reckons it’ll take between 10 to 28 business days. Keep in mind, this is just a ballpark figure and doesn’t account for any time your parcel might spend in customs once it hits your shores.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
Tracking details for your online order will be included in your ‘order dispatched’ email. This is generally sent 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
If you’ve received your order confirmation but have not received a dispatch email after 3 business days, please contact us here. Please note during peak times (including promotional or sale periods) this dispatch time may be longer.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We partner up with Australia Post for all our shipping, and they’ve given us the lowdown on how long they reckon deliveries within Australia will take.
Standard:
It’ll take about 3 to 5 business days to get to you.
Express:
If you’re in a hurry, it’ll be there in 1 to 3 business days.

I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
We know waiting can be a bit of a drag, but if your order’s taking longer than expected and you’re getting nowhere with tracking it, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team here.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Too right we do! Just pop your PO Box details into the delivery address section as you normally would.
Is GST included on Australian orders?

How do I use a coupon code?
Ready to wrap up your shopping? When you hit the checkout, just pop your coupon code into the slot marked ‘enter coupon code’ and tap ‘apply’.
Keep in mind, you’ve gotta apply your coupon code to snag the deal or discount. You can only use one coupon code per order, and it can’t be mixed with other offers.

Refunds & Returns

If you run into any hiccups with your purchase, you might be in luck to send it back for a refund.
Depending on why you’re returning it, there might be some extra fees that nibble away at your refund.
For those ‘Change of Mind’ moments:
- If you cancel your order more than 72 hours after paying, there’s a $5 fee for refunds.
- Sorry, but we can’t take back any opened packets of tea.
Got a ‘Defective or Damaged’ order?
- Please sing out to support and send over some pics to sort out an exchange or get your refund rolling.
Exceptions to the rule:
- Tea that’s had its packet opened
- Products that copped a beating from being used in a way they shouldn’t have
How do I return or exchange an item?
Keen to send something back? Just flick an email to our customer service crew at help@suchacutea.com.au for a steer on what to do next. Then, our support team will guide you on where to send your product back to.
How long will my refund take?
Once we’ve got your return and given it the once-over, we’ll get cracking on processing your return. Chuck us at least fourteen (14) days from when we receive your item to sort this. Refunds might take a moment to show up on your credit card statement, say about 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your card mob. We’ll shoot you an email once we’ve sorted your return.
