No worries, for orders heading outside Australia, we don’t tack on GST, which means you might be up for a few extra costs like duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order lands. Such A Cu-Tea isn’t on the hook for any extra charges you cop at your end. If you’re not quite sure what to expect, it’s a good idea to have a yarn with your local authorities before you place your order.

Standard Post:
We’ll get your order on its way from our Perth warehouse within 1 to 3 business days* after you’ve slapped down your order.

Express Post:
We make sure express orders are out the door by the next business day* from our Perth digs.

*Just a heads-up, these dispatch times don’t factor in public holidays or weekends. And if we’re in the thick of a sale or something special, it might take a smidge longer to dispatch your order.

When it comes to international post, Australia Post reckons it’ll take between 10 to 28 business days. Keep in mind, this is just a ballpark figure and doesn’t account for any time your parcel might spend in customs once it hits your shores.

Every order that leaves our Aussie warehouse is sent on its merry way with Australia Post.

Tracking details for your online order will be included in your ‘order dispatched’ email. This is generally sent 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
If you’ve received your order confirmation but have not received a dispatch email after 3 business days, please contact us here. Please note during peak times (including promotional or sale periods) this dispatch time may be longer.

We partner up with Australia Post for all our shipping, and they’ve given us the lowdown on how long they reckon deliveries within Australia will take.

Standard:
It’ll take about 3 to 5 business days to get to you.

Express:
If you’re in a hurry, it’ll be there in 1 to 3 business days.

Refunds & Returns

If you run into any hiccups with your purchase, you might be in luck to send it back for a refund.

Depending on why you’re returning it, there might be some extra fees that nibble away at your refund.

For those ‘Change of Mind’ moments:

  • If you cancel your order more than 72 hours after paying, there’s a $5 fee for refunds.
  • Sorry, but we can’t take back any opened packets of tea.

Got a ‘Defective or Damaged’ order?

  • Please sing out to support and send over some pics to sort out an exchange or get your refund rolling.

Exceptions to the rule:

  • Tea that’s had its packet opened
  • Products that copped a beating from being used in a way they shouldn’t have

Once we’ve got your return and given it the once-over, we’ll get cracking on processing your return. Chuck us at least fourteen (14) days from when we receive your item to sort this. Refunds might take a moment to show up on your credit card statement, say about 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your card mob. We’ll shoot you an email once we’ve sorted your return.
