Shipping Information
All our orders are shipped using AusPost with tracking numbers provided.
Delivery Timeframe
 We aim to provide a tracking number within 48 hours of order. From there AusPost's average shipping time is within 7 days.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by AusPost are out of our control, but we aim to keep strong communication with our customers and will take every measure to notify you if there are any delays.

Refunds & Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase, you may be eligible return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at help@suchacutea.com.au to for help on the process. After which our support team will instruct you on where to return your product.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refund Policies
Depending on the nature of your return/refund, there may be additional fees involved reducing the amount refunded.
For ‘Change of Mind’ orders:
- If order is cancelled after 72 hours from payment, a $5 refund fee applies.
- No refunds will be given on opened packets of tea.
For ‘Defective or Damaged’ orders:
- Please contact support and supply imagery to arrange an exchange of product or to process a refund request.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened packets of tea
- Products damaged by improper use
